"So I'm not from the area, I was visiting family and my sister and I needed a place to go last minute. I found this place on Google and thought to take a chance. We arrived and the older Asian lady there asked if we had an appointment. We said no and asked if it was okay to do brows so last minute. She said okay. After finishing a customer, she asked if we had an appointment. We stated no once again. She did my sister's brows first. They came out fine. My sister has naturally thick brows. I sit next, I explained to her that I wanted my brows as thick as possible. I've been using a brow serum to grow in my hairs again and I wanted them to look fuller. My regular brow lady is light handed, this woman was not. But I didn't complain. After she was done, I looked in the mirror and I was pissed. She went against what I told her and completely reshaped my brows. I had my son with me and did not want to get upset. She said she would charge me $15 instead of $20 even though the $20 was the walk in price. Never going back again. Lesson learned, never cheat on your brow lady."
