"If i could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. I've gone to many great clips to get my hair cut before. I went in at 4 o clock with only three people on the wait and they were men wanting simple haircuts. I told the lady I checked in online and she asked if i've ever been to this specific location to which i replied no due to the fact i was visiting my parents and needed a quick cut. After that she just said "okay" and went back to her haircut then shortly after announced very loud to the entire salon " of course everyone who's never been here wants to come in and get a haircut right before we close and expect a good haircut" then the other stylist working agreed very loudly, making me feel absolutely humiliated so I simply walked out and am now going to take my buisness somewhere else . Which is frustrating to me as someone who works in the service industry and not going to lie would probably given atleast a 20$ tip regardless of the cut because i understand how the service industry can be . It was extremely rude and unprofessional and I will NEVER. go to that great clips again. Do not spend your money here."

"I only went to great clips because they do haircuts for donating two wigs for kids. I asked the hairdresser to make sure my hair is long enough to still pull back and don’t give me a Bob. So what do you think happened? She had no idea what she was doing and wind up cutting it too short. She asked the other workers how to do it and they all said yeah yeah yeah you’re fine and still messed it up. Even free wasn’t worth it. I’ve been donating for the past 20 years and this is the first time somebody messed it up."

"Recently stopped going there because they always manage to screw up my cuts. My neck was not shaved and I had long hairs behind my ears. I had to ask my wife to clean all the spots that were missed. I didn't mind going there before since the prices were cheap. but now, they are charging barber prices, so I would expect a barber quality haircut not a butcher cut."

"I've changed my review to be more of a positive one. I had a few hours to look at my new haircut, and even though it's way shorter than what I would like, it's growing on me. The stylist was very nice. I will tell the stylist next time to give me longer layers on top and shorter on nape of neck. I learned my lesson to wait before you give a review.
