"Worst experience ever. My mom had an appointment today with the mohamed alhennawy. He called us on telemedicine, even though the appointment was supposed to be in person. I left work early to take her, because I was told it's in perosn appointment. When I answered on telemedicine, he was rude on the phone and hung up, to the point my mom didn't want to come down the car to see him. I called to get an explanation and they asked for a late cancelation fee. They don't listen to you and they don't care. I wouldn't trust them treating your loved ones."
"I LOVE Susran!!! She works for billing but the best thing to have is a physician offices who has a nice and understanding billing department . Those are rare to come by nowadays. She explained everything and took her time . The doctors are great too . I would recommend!"
