"I just visited this location and inquired about piercing services. The young lady named named Bianca was very dismissive, rude and condescending. She tried to upcharge me for services that i didnt need and then talked to me very rudely as if im beneath her when i asked for an explanation of charges. I drove from Philadelphia with every intention to get my daughters ears pierced but after encountering such disrespect and disdain i didnt feel comfortable having someone like this touch my child and neither should you."

Our associate, not the person listed in all the positive reviews above, rushed us, wasn’t very accommodating, and made the whole experience frustrating. The quality of her work wasn’t 100%. We also paid more than I thought a piercing should cost. Maybe try somewhere else."
