"I walked Into this store with a budget And ready to buy. I needed to get in and get out. I walked in and the girl sat on her phone and lap top.She didn’t greet me at all and I walked around for quite a while without being asked if I could be helped . So I left. Couldn’t find anything else where so was forced to go back and buy. I walked in asked for help and she was very reluctant to help me. She stood there while I searched for a dress offering no input or questions as to what I was even looking for. She checked her phone and came back n finally I just picked something and left. When I cashed out she rushed to cash me out so she could get back to what she was doing. She was happy to get me out. If I wasn’t strapped for time and on a budget I would have just went elsewhere. The customer service was horrible and I’m not sure how their even still in business."

"The unprofessionalism of the owner and her family is second to none in my experience. If your toddler is somewhat irritated, I suggest you don’t take them there otherwise you will be treated like a sub-level human being. Their customer service skills while speaking with some of their customers will leave you walking away frustrated, upset, and probably empty handed. I will not patronize now or ever after the way they treated my fiancée and 3 year old son. *Also, the five star rating on this page by Melanie is fluff because she is one of the employees/owners that dealt with my situation in an unprofessional matter."

And the quality is great for the price...the employees were so helpful to find the right outfits for my children !! They have baptism, communion apparel as well !! And a wide array of shoes, winter boots, summer sandals, for kids!!"
