"Let down THREE TIMES!!! I loved an outfit that my sister-in-law bought for my 2-year-old and that is the only reason why I even gave a star. Because I loved this outfit I tried to order clothes for my daughter on three separate occasions. Each time my order went through and the money was taken from my account. After checking on the progress of my shipment it showed that it was being packaged and ready to ship. Then ALL THREE TIMES it all of a sudden showed my items "couldn't be delivered". EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!! SHOULDN'T YOU BE SURE OF YOUR STOCK BEFORE YOU PROMISE A SHIPMENT?! Third try was the last try for me."

"I hated this. They locked me and my mom in the store a month ago. We were trying on clothes because I had a big formal festival the next day. So I was getting changed in the room and the lady even acknowledged we were there and we both did the whole "hi" thing, and all I hear from her about 10 minutes later is "Whoop! We got another person in here!" As they already had the cage thing down. We asked if we could pay for the clothes and she told us no in such a rude way. We spoke to the manager (who acted like he was in high school but looked in his late 20's) and he told us no, we could come back later also in a rude way. He wasn't even addressing us properly and used words like "bro" and "dude-ettes" waaaaaaaaayyyy too much. The workers are trash and very rude. The prices are higher than the sky. And the attitude is harder than a rock."
