"I love Macy's but being in the Mays Landing store today was awful. It was like a bomb went off in alot of areas with clothes strewn everywhere, floor, hang off racks & if on hangers were hanging off on one side and no cashiers, had to checkout at returns counter. I can only hope this will bring attention to and correct the deficiencies. Thank you."

"Unfortunately, Macy's was short of staff, and it was difficult just trying to check out. Also, if you needed help at any counter, the Associates found it very convenient to send you somewhere else just to get you out of the line standing in front of them. The Associates should have been supplied with all the tools needed to service every customer, but they weren't. There should not have been a need to be sent running around to find a station equipped with a tool needed to remove a security tag. I wanted to buy more items but I didn't like customer service."

"Great place, and I met a very courteous employee. I did not feel safe taking the elevator, based on its location inside the store, so I hope plans are in place to renovate and to otherwise brighten the store. That aside, there are the usual wonderful products to browse through."

"My sister and I went to Macy's to sadly get an outfit for my mother for her funeral. As we are crying and talking this nice woman asks us if we need help, so we say yes we are trying to find cloths for my mom that passed away. The look she gave was like her heart broke. So we started talking and she is telling us about her mother and the amazing job she does with her. After a few minutes of each of us telling the other that we are our mothers caregivers she starts looking for cloths for my mother. I can't thank Rupa enough for the kind words, the compassion she gave us, the condolences she gave, and the prayers we gave to one another. I pray your mom is doing and gets better, and remember like I told you your doing an amazing job and our parents taught us to step up and be the parents sadly for them. Much love to you Mrs or Ms Rupa your an amazing employee and we need more like you. Thank you and Thank you Macy's for the outfit."
