"I believe this is my first time at Taco Bell since 2018 and I’m really impressed, the location is really nice and the cleanliness of the restroom is unlike any branch. I was able to see the kitchen which was tidy and clean. delicious and great Prices"
"The drive thru left out my 2 cheesy rolls and I called to let them know and the same lady who gave me my order answered and didn’t say anything I said hello? She said yes? I said am I calling Taco Bell? She said YES! Oh ok well I’m missing my order and I’m home and she said “ you can come back and get it” extremely rude. I said I would call corporate because you are very rude. She said call corporate and hung up. I called back and I said why did you hang up on me and she said old you to come back and I said can I have your name so I can call corporate and she hung up again. I would never go back again and I can’t believe someone can be so rude. She doesn’t need to work in customer service and she also claims to be the manager. That would be very disappointing if that were true."
"idk why the employees at this location were personally attacked by me asking about the vegan nacho cheese bc i’m lactose intolerant but they threw so much attitude and then gave me the sugary baja blast after i asked for the zero sugar one. y’all need to let your staff know just bc someone asks for an advertised menu item doesn’t mean you should have a big attitude some people have dietary issues who cares it’s not harder to grab the diabetic friendly baja blast or the plant based cheese"
"The happy banter in the Kitchen between all the staff members reflects a sense of joy about their work which is reflected in great food, clean restaurant, and special compliments to the young counter gal who, when not at the counter, was cheerfully, enthusiastically and very effectively cleaning the windows and floors! The Manager was also very helpful in quickly correcting a slight misunderstanding on our Order! Great Job Team! We recently moved to LLV and are SO pleased to find a Taco Bell location so close to us and that demonstrates all the very high qualities of great customer service, great food in a nice, clean atmosphere of their restaurant!
