Pizza Hut

"Placed a time order 1 wk prior to have it delivered at 5:15pm today . 5:15 came and went and no pizza was delivered . Called the store and was then put on hold for 8 min , then a woman who was a manager of some sort took my call and I explained the situation and after 30 min if her telling me.shendoeamtnsee my order & that there was nothing she could do to fix the problem .she then went on to tell me I can place another order and she can make that one all while I would have to pay again since I paid for the 1st order. When I placed it a week ago. Then would only give me a name of Bree for store manager when I asked for it and then then said she can't help me unless I pay for another order .it was for 3 medium pizzas with only 1 topp on EA and this is how she handled., she then hung up on me . .. Do not order from. There , do not eat there food . Go somewhere else . Save ur selves the headache and make off like they don't exist cause that's what they do to us customers ..( oh ya - she said there is no evidence of my order ever being placed ) now.us customers r liars as well.."

"I ordered two pizzas from here and it took almost 2 hours to get them. What a joke. This is how my pizza looked. Enough olives to cover five pizzas. The taste was horrible and the service was even worse. The person who I spoke to on the phone, acted like he needed to hurry up and get off the phone and hung up on me. I want to refund. I will never order from this pizza place again"

"wish i could give zero stars. my order is always messed up here. i place the order online the way i want the pizza. i wrote in special instructions. i call the store to clarify before they begin making it:.. and they don’t make my food right. the wasted an hour of my husbands time last night and i got into a fight with the manager because she refused to refund my husband. she kept him sitting at the store insisting she remake the pizza twice…. while he sat there. he asked for a refund… she denied. horrible service."

"Last night, after 2 HOURS of waiting for my delivery order, and nobody answering the phone, I went in person to the location. I was told that my order was still in the oven with no apology. After waiting for another 15 minutes, my order was ready. The staff had no intention of removing the delivery charge, so I had to remind them. I asked for a discount and was told by Donna Michelle "We can't do that. There is no manager here." When I arrived home, the pizza was cold and we had to put it in the microwave."

"This isn’t the first time this place has messed up my order but this was my second chance. Cmon y’all I just got a pizza from y’all and this is what I see. Do y’all always make all your pizzas with 40% more crust or is it just me??"
