"This place is the worst my first time coming here ordering it online the manager was rude and nasty and hung up in my face when they remade the pizza it was still cold and the garlic sauce is melted. It shouldn’t be melted. I don’t know what they did with the food or to it But it was nasty still I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau in sending them the pictures I’m reporting this store for Bad business I was treated unfairly by the manager, kept hanging up in my face wouldn’t let me explain the situation very rude, including the driver"
"We ordered at 11:50pm when the store was not closed. Some moron there cancelled our order without any courtesy call to explain why. This is a poorly managed store. Avoid this location. There are much better options for pizza anywhere else anyway. For our order before this one we got an undercooked pizza that they were not mentally fit enough to even cut right for us. Your team there sucks."
"Ordered around 4:45 pm and got my cold pizza and soggy wings around 6pm. Do not order from this place, the reviews explain pretty much everything."
"It was a busy day and I had waited so long due to employee shortage they were way behind. But the moment I got my pizza I left and didnt even think about it but I forgot to pay. Came back the next day to pay and they said they had already wrote it off. I made sure I paid after that no matter how hectic it is."
"Every time there's an issue at Papa John's between this location and one on Valle Verde. They either put the wrong sauce with breadsticks, the pizzas are thin, barely any crust, overcooked, etc. I ordered pickup earlier this week at Horizon location and I don't know who they have cooking, but my breadsticks half sized (some looked like witch fingers) and half of them were hard like a pretzel. Maybe it's time to just stick with Dominoes."
