"Do not recommend. They ask for pictures of your ID, Insurance ID and credit cards. Huge red flag and screams fraud. When we asked what they wanted the CC info for, they said copays. We asked if there was a patient portal to pay these and they said no. This was over the phone. Additionally, they do telehealth and my wife doesn't like doing that, and prefers in person. Her opinion wasn't even asked. After we got done with the initial call telling them we were not going to send pictures of our credit card to them, the "director" called back and said that we were refusing care. FYI only people that commit fraud ask for pictures of your CC and do not offer any other way to pay, and then get mad and refuse to see you if you don't do it their way."
