"Billing representatives provide terrible service. The first time I called the billing number , the man I spoke with kept repeating a "scripted response" that had nothing to do with the questions I asked him. I rephrased my simple question a few different ways. Due to limited knowledge of English on his part I gave up. I called another number on my bill and spoke with someone who understood what I was saying, but had no idea why my most recent paper bill showed a different amount than what the amount was online. She told me they were just billing half of it on paper???"

"SCAMMER ALERT ! This business is involved in fraudulent practices and over billing. As many others have reported, this business will attempt to over bill your insurance company and then when they push back they will send the bill to collections without any prior notification to you. Most people pay up because they are afraid of the negative impact on their credit report which allows them to continue their fraudulent practices. DON'T DO IT !!! - Here's what to do: contact the collections company they use (Action Revenue Recovery) who are likely in on the SCAM and threaten them with legal action if they don't immediately purge it from your credit report. Watch them scurry like the rats they are. I had my claim purged in less than 72 hours. Next, take the time to write a review here and the BBB and if you really want to get down to business - file a complaint with your State Bureau of Consumer affairs. These rats need to be exterminated !!!"

"Like others have mentioned this business is a SCAM. A charge was sent to collections even though I never received a bill. I’m not even sure what this charge is for. I haven’t been to St Mary’s in several YEARS. I pay all my copays and deductibles so this smells like medical billing fraud."

"This is absolutely ridiculous. I was just informed today that I was sent to collections by this company. I was never sent a bill or contacted in regards to any missed payment. I check my mail every day. with today's age no one is without their phone. It looks like in not the only one with this problem."

"People in the office were nice but billing is a nightmare. Got sent to collections over a false charge. Zotec Partners say they fixed it, because I never should have been charged, but I still had to waste hours over this whole thing and it will takes weeks (or months?) more until it is fully resolved. I have enough stress in my life without having to deal with such egregious incompetence. Also, I fail to see how it saves money or time to have so many hands in the pot-- doctor's office, insurance company, third party administrator, billing company, collections, and-- ??? It is very confusing to figure out who is doing what and how to get them to do their jobs correctly so that my credit won't take a hit over a mistake they made. I sent an email to the address posted below (in every reply to these reviews), but it bounced. It was returned undeliverable. This whole process seems really shady!"
