"Can’t even get through to someone on the phone. Can’t leave a voicemail for a call back, nothing. So damn annoying, as if the need for imaging isn’t stressful enough. Get your scheduling department together. On top of that, please clean up the place because the very old, tattered furniture and overall cleanliness of the place puts a bad taste in my mouth. You have the money to make improvements, so do so. Also- in the past when I’ve gone for scans, they had the PET scan break down. Which caused problems for my chemotherapy schedule, and couldn’t get me in to be seen until almost two weeks later. Also- the nurse that does the pre-check up, doesn’t wear a mask. She gets real up close and personal in your face as well doing the check up. Made me very uncomfortable considering how immunocompromised I was at the time. Had my nurse send the order to Renown instead."

Scheduling was a breeze, availability for appointments was within days, free parking was available. Highly recommend!"
"Biopsy scheduled for our patient (with cancer) only for Saint Mary's imaging to call less than an hour before the procedure to cancel and reschedule for tomorrow. Three hours later they call again to move the patient to Friday. Terrible service in a time of need for a patient."
"Was there for necessary annual screenings and labwork. Screenings were done with efficiency but disappointingly, was told my labs needed to be done elsewhere (despite what my insurance indicated) because my 'insurance wouldn't cover labs drawn there'. As I rely on paratransit and a walker to get from point A to point B, I had to cancel my return ride home and reschedule same which made my day's plan go askew. Additionally, I had to trudge over to a nearby testing site, tired and in extreme pain with absolutely no assistance in exiting the building."
"I had to have some imaging done during this pandemic. The facility is spotless, with access to hand sanitizer thorough out the building. Everyone had a mask on . The registration was a little laborious but required. Everything was on time- and arriving a half hour before appointment was needed for paper work . The technician was professional in every way. As a retired nurse I am a tough grader and ST Mary's gets an A."
