"Called to check and to see if they took my insurance and they wanted to make an appointment and they would do a complimentary “insurance check.” Really? So they are going to force you to come in to potentially tell you that your insurance is not accepted. If it’s not accepted I’m going to turn around and walk out anyway because I want a long term doctor. If this is the kind of customer service you get over the phone, why would I want to step foot in the office."

"I can't say enough about this place! Last August, I was diagnosed with decompressed discs in my back. As an avid runner and lover of all things active, the diagnosis brought a great deal of fear for what future may lie ahead. Fortunately, after three months, my spine is fine, my pain is essentially gone (I have a sedentary job so my hips and lower back get tight) and I'm running better than ever.
