"I called and vented about how frustrated I am about how I can't get a good car insurance rate for my hyundai and they are currently calling my car insurance company to get my policy cancelled so I guess if you like car insurance services like that, definitely use this group. I haven't felt helped by them in a while. I would say that if you're thinking about going with them or someone else, choose someone else. The last thing Bo told me was that he wasn't going to help me anymore so think about that before you go with these guys. Apology not accepted, ever. Again, I highly recommend NOT going with these two. They made me feel horrible after my last phone call with them, especially Bo Hash. That guy should probably retire because I don't think he knows how customer service works anymore."
