"I have been coming here for almost 5 yrs , was my first PCP in Las Vegas and have NEVER once crossed my mind to change. Yes, sometimes its a long wait, but in my opinion well worth it. I have lived in California and Alaska and I have had more issues there with my care than here in Las Vegas. I have been seen by Dr. Singh, and the 2 PA's ( Trevor and Sarah) and I have nothing but great things to say about them , they are always professional, attentive, explain everything and answer all my questions . I never feel rushed. As for the girls in the front, yes sometimes unfortunately there is a long hold time but they are extremely busy all the time. When we call in , we don't see whats going on in front of them ( full waiting room, patients checking in/out) but once my call gets answered they have always been extremely nice."

"They would not take my phone call. After driving across town to try and get seen, despite showing up before 1:30 PM, they told me they were closed for the day for urgent care. The sign on their door says they are open until 7 PM. Their phone system says they are open until 5 PM. I'm having an allergic reaction, covered in hives, and the girl at the front desk could not care less."

"The doctors are ok but the the referral team is absolutely the worst I’ve ever dealt with they don’t do there job and send the referrals to the places you need to make appointments at then they don’t send them the reason or the information they need ct scans ultrasound info and even when you call them they say will send it right now it don’t happen I had to end up driving back there from there office to get everything to go back again then the referrals they give you suck I was diagnosed with cancer. And nobody seems to care."

"One visit in and already looking for another provider. Took my son for elbow pain. Took x-rays same day and requested i do another appointment for results ONE WEEK later. Doctor Couldn’t call with results and delaying any possible treatment plus getting another copay. Once the appointment came around we waited one hour and 15 minutes until saw doctor, came in spent 2 minutes said everything looks good and will send auth to specialist, their system was down and couldn’t do it right away. This was like 1985 no technology or tablets to chart all notes by hand. Called the next day about the auth and said it could take 48-72 hours??? It was bad enough we had to wait a week for x-ray results that i took pictures of same day, we now have to wait 48-72 hours and possible weekend to get auth sent to set up appointment for specialist on top of the week i between x-ray and follow up, leaving my son without any plan of action for recovery for at least two weeks in total. Yes 48-72 hours to send a fax. My mind is blown, the worst i’ve ever experienced in my life."

"For all the people leaving 1 star reviews: 1) The owners, Dr. Khan and Dr. Singh, are also the doctors here. They do not come in to the office often. 2) A PA is just as capable as a physician. Sarah and Trevor are wonderful, patient, and caring people. 3) The front desk workers and other medical personnel are overworked, overbooked, and underpaid. Their moods are not a reflection of YOU, but rather their situation. 4) Yes, billing sucks. Doesn't it always, everywhere? 5) Yes the office needs a make-over. 6) Yes, oftentimes there is a wait, even if you have an appointment. Welcome to Life. The world does not revolve around you. 7) I've been a patient here for more than 15 years. I rate 4 stars because the office needs to be cleaned up and refurbished. That's on the owners, nobody else."
