"Do not shop here! They claim to have a "lifetime warranty" on their jewelry, but they do not! I bought a $500 snake chain that stretched out within 2 months and they would not replace it as their claim was that I 'abused' it! They DO NOT stand behind their jewelry and lie about the "warranty"."

"Wife has a family connection to Hawaii, her mother lived there for years and shes traveled there numerous times. She's visited the main Na Hoku and has talked about it ever since, so, when she found out there was one in Vegas she just had to go... Pleasantly surprised by the jewelry store as it has a ton of unique Hawaiian inspired jewelry that you just don't see at other jewelry stores. It makes it unique. Customer service was good, not overbearing, obviously trying to sell product as it's there jobs but helpful and courteous, to within price ranges, and make sure that the experience is a positive one, not an awkward or overly pressured one, as some jewelers create. They truly care about customer satisfaction, not just pushing sales which is a welcoming change for jewelry store environment. Bought my wife a very nice whale ring, for her birthday, afterwards, she got a voucher to break open and get a pearl from a sister shop, at another $16 value which was a fun addition. We had a great experience here and I am sure we will visit again the next time we are in Vegas."

"First off, I’ve been buying jewelry from Na Hoku for almost 7 years. My lady admires the sea-born nature, and I appreciate the craftsmanship and originality. Her latest gift was a Waterfall pendant that was stunning from day one, her absolute favorite, and the flagship of her collection due to the colorful nature of the diamonds and opals. We unfortunately lost an opal over a year later that had to be taken care of in Hawaii. Being in the middle of the pandemic, the ordeal took about 7 months before we saw a replacement due to a worker shortage in Hawaii. During the entire process I was kept in the loop by staff members of this store every few weeks, despite delays they had no control over. Every interaction was empathetic and sincere, especially from Anna, who seemed just as devastated about the loss as my lady since they seem to share similar taste. We were happy with how Na Hoku handled the replacement and I will continue to go back and see Anna for all future purchases. Thanks again for all the help!!"
