"This used to be my favorite location. However, I called today to let them know that I had received a damaged item from their store. I called to let them know I was coming for a replacement, and to ask that they put the item up at guezt services to hold it for me so that it would not sell out. The woman I spoke to on the phone pretended like she couldn't hear me and then said that she couldn't put it on hold because they were busy. I asked her to check if it was in stock and then she put me on a "silent hold," pretended not to hear me and hung up on me."

"12/2023 I ordered online for pickup at store. Online system is very user friendly. It was very easy to shop online with options for receipt of purchase. You can pickup in store or at the drive up and go. The in store pick up was great. There was minimal wait. The service rep Rebekah was very friendly and efficient. I had the correct items in the bag. ------------------------- This is an update from my last review. They are maintaining their great customer service. I was greeted at the door and throughout the store. They are extremely friendly, helpful and happy to be there. The team at online pickup were wonderful. They were fast and efficient. Interior was nice, neat, organized, and well maintained. Items were displayed very nicely. Wide aisles made it easier to maneuver. There are self checkout stations at each entrance/exit for fewer items."

"Target is always very quick and efficient with my pickup orders. The staff are always very friendly and do a great job. No matter if it's windy or rainy or hot or cold. Those younger staff members are always on it! Cheers!"
