"An alright selection and eventually found what my wife and I came looking for but that was no thanks to any of the sales associates. We probably had 3 different people pass us or was directly in front of us and not once did they even ask can we help you find something? Or a how's your day? Then when we got to check out the girl was very dry to say the least and simply didn't greet us or ask if we found everything okay? And then she bluntly asked if we had a rewards and my wife wasn't sure and then she didn't offer to look it up or anything and continued on a sniping voice saying $27.06and then that was it and she just very bland. Overall not the most pleasant."
"The staff was super nice. I walked in right away and found professional attire at the forefront of the store. Prices were a fraction of Macy's. I spent $135.00 and ended up with a blazer, two blouses, two skirts and a pair of slacks! I was asked if I needed help finding anything but in a really friendly approachable way, no pressure. The dressing room was my favorite because I was able to bring in all my items and the attendant even grabbed me a short that didn't fit in a size up! Blown away by my experience and I will definitely go back. Next time I'll probably visit for more day to day clothes next trip because those prices were even more reasonable. Thanks H&M for providing Reno with an affordable high fashion store!"
