"I called state farm. The agents name was jacob.. he took down all the info and then told me he needed to calculate my quote and would call me back when he finished sometime that same day is what Jacob said tome jacob never called. so the next day i called back and a lady answered i explained yo her the situation , told me to wait while she summoned jacob. When the lady returned to the phone, she told me that jacob was on another line and that she put a memo to call me on his desk. Again jacob never called Tomorrow is day 3 maybe 3rd time is a charm. Stay tuned Folks."
