"Jeremy went above and beyond with multiple services on my car. He was communicative throughout the process and continually updated me with progress. He walked me through various selections of parts and services and even pulled product from the back to show the advantages and disadvantages of each product. Back on the road and very appreciative of the help and timeliness."

"Very friendly, knowledgeable staff at this one particular location. Mike runs a good shop here. Plenty of parking and they try to fit you in if you are in a pinch otherwise booking a follow up appointment is usually within a day or two."

"Stay away from pep boys! This is not the place to get your car fixed or serviced. I took my BMW to the pep boys on Tropicana for specific repairs it was being fixed by an employee named Todd he decides to mess with my car and walk out never to be seen again. My car sat for 2 months since no one could fix it. The manger Rafael decides to send it over to Henderson all they did was put it back together. After receiving my car all the lights come on I called the manager Rafael only to be told take it back to Henderson. So I take it back after they fix it total comes out to $3,180.23 the managers (Rafael and Brian) at both locations had spoken to each other they knew what was going on and they silently washed their hands from the situation. At this point I’m clearly not on board with the price I call corporate (121032 case number) only to be told that Todd doesn’t work for pep boys anymore so they can’t do anything about it. The district manager Jaime does not care about actually investigating the situation properly. They don’t care to meet customers in the middle. Mike another employee from pep boys Henderson is extremely rude. Since having bad experience with Mike all the district manager cared to do is make sure he wasn’t there to assist me. Corporate also takes their sweet time to reach out. This is insane that a corporation as big as pep boys would not care to make the situation right. Please stay away from pep boys go else where. I finally picked up my BMW today and my service light is back on and my engine is choking after spending $3,180.23. This is insane. Straight money grab. When speaking to them about the current situation all they said was they fixed it enough for it to be idle and running. I will say if the owner plans to respond to my review make sure it’s a real response and not your generic reply."

"In general the service I received was good. I made an appointment for an alignment. When I came in they said it might take them longer than expected. Which I feel like every place tells you these days because they overbook and overpromise services. They actually got me out in a reasonable time. Did a quick typical upsell of X,Y,Z should be done to the car but not pushy. Overall id come back for future service at this location."

"Wow.. I am flabbergasted. I called for a free brake inspection and spoke to a man named Brian. He was helpful at first but later told me that if I wasn't going to get the brakes done by them then I would be taking up time that they could be helping someone else. I told him I thought you guys offered free brake inspections not under the condition I have to get it done at your shop. And he hung up on me. So I called back and he hung up again. I called now for the 3rd time and someone else answered and when I told them what happened they put me on hold. It's been 10 minutes already so I decided to leave this review. Seems like unless you go with their shop you get treated badly. Not sure if they are trained to be this way or if Brian is having a bad day, but I will definitely take my money somewhere else. Pep boys, no one appreciates rude treatment and I will not recommend this place to anyone ."
