"I had an awesome experience at this location. My BMW X5 needed new batteries. I was greeted by Andrew. He load tested both batteries and determined they both need to be replaced. The store only had 1 of the 2 in stock. Andrew placed a next day order for the other battery to arrive at the store. When the battery arrived, I drove the X5 to the store, and Andrew professionally installed both batteries for me in a timely manner. Andrew has a great personality and even greater customer service. I'll definitely shop with Advanced Auto Parts, especially this location, for my future auto parts needs."
"I purchased wiper blades from them today. In the past I have had trouble installing them, my grip strength is not what it used to be. The manage happily offered to install them for me and showed me how they go on. He was so friendly and helpful he deserves to be praised. If you read this Thank you again! Ed"
"Not the most helpful staff. I mistakenly purchased some carburetor cleaner for a much higher price than I thought I was paying. After realizing this I returned to the store with the receipt in hand and the cleaner sealed and unopened, but I was refused the return. The manager said he won't accept returns on any chemical products (which is probably 50% of the products that they carry). Not a great first experience with this store."

Definitely will be returning simply due to the fact good, let alone great, customer service is hard to come by now. Makes all the difference.
