"Carlo Yap is fantastic. Sees me quickly woth whatever i need. Keep in mind that most people who are happy rarely post. COVID did a lot of damage to the health industry. Trust has fallen and people seem to have no patience."

"Dr. Carlo Yap and his assistant Justin are always so helpful and kind. Every time I need something, especially when it comes to medication, Carlo and Justin are always able to assist. This is my favorite doctor's office, and I'd recommend it to anyone. Especially those people that aren't fond of the doctors office like myself. When I stumbled across the rating for the office, I had to mention my experience. I usually don't leave reviews, but I didn't think 2 stars was accurate, considering how much I enjoy this place providing great service and care."

"The PCPs are great but they need to send Justin for some training on how to be personable or at least a tiny bit polite. If he hates his job so much, why doesn’t he do everyone a favor and quit."

"Unbelievable my friend spent months here no call backs, her supposed Dr, HAND WOTE her paperwork for referrals and appointment for that day she saw him. He is only a nurse not a Dr Nobody has ever been contacted about these referrals because they aren't in the computer apparently. Still waiting 7days for a phone call This is the second patient that I have dealt with out there with these doctors and they are absolutely the worst FINDING NEW DRS NOW"

"Rarely have good experiences here. Tried to call and could not get through to a person. Had a positive rapid test and called before my appointment to make sure it was okay to come in. Nobody answered so I had to go in anyway. Just wanted another test to confirm it and see if there was any treatment options since I felt awful. They told me I was supposed to stay home and didn't let me see anyone. All my roommates got appointments at other clinics around town, got a test, and got some sort of treatment option. I was just told to go home without asking me ANY other questions. I went to one in the Galena area and felt so much better about my treatment. Still wasn't perfect but I'm not looking for perfect, just normal. The few times I've been able to get an appointment and actually go, it has been quick and easy. But the process to get in is awful. There was a time I was questioned by like 3 doctors and however many assistants or nurses on why I was asking for a certain test. All I wanted was a strep test since I was in contact with someone and wanted to get ahead of it and see if I needed to stay home. They couldn't understand why I would even consider testing for it."
