"My car's brakes have been screeching hard for a week or so. I could not find time to get my car in to get replacements, but I lucked out! I called on Friday, and the gentleman said I could get my car in early Saturday morning then he could get it back to me that afternoon. I dropped my car off, and the gentleman already had notes! About an hour later, I got a call, and he said only my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced, and he had a REALLY good price. I was super happy. My brakes came with a lifetime warranty, so I would just need to pay for rotor pads going forward. I was super pleased. We even chatted it up a bit in the shop. He told me about all the car services he has worked out with neighboring shops. It was a pleasant experience, and I'll definitely be going back. I'll be recommending this spot to all my friends. Car washes are generally included, and I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT! Sure, it's a small thing, but it's definitely the extra mile. I can't remember the gent's name, but it's on my receipt.
