"What everyone else is saying in the updates is absolutely true. WCI and the forums need to stop recommending this company, absolutely misleading these are running a racket and have no business catering to physicians. I’ve had them make countless mistakes with my applications and quotes, which has prevented me from signing in a timely manner. Each time they need to reach out to the insurance company to fix their mistake, it takes over a week, usually longer to hear back. I should have just gone directly to the insurance company or another reputable broker. Now I’m not even sure I’ll be able to sign up this year, which will cost me even more money premium-wise."
"Used to have great customer service in 2022, I had to switch agents to a different company because the customer service became terrible. Found out lots of people quit because they could not provide the service they used to. No-one even informed me my own agent quit until I tried changing policy, to which was incredibly difficult for them and they couldn't do it in 2 months. Found another agent that did it in 5 minutes. Save your time from this company they are not after your best interest, they are like any other poorly run insurance company"
"Initially works with you, but beware once they get your info they will not respond to emails, when try to contact agent ignores emails. Tried to set up appointment, the agent apologizes and says will call and email Back with answers to questions again never responds. Do not trust, scam artists and frauds."
