"Went in to get my powerball tickets replayed and the cashier "Jamie" was very rude. I tried explaining stuff to her and she told me she knew how to do her job and was sarcastic about me playing. I ended up paying for two extra tickets because she kept cutting off and not letting me explain what exactly I wanted. She has no business being in customer service at all."
