"The practice did not notify my husband when his nephrologist retired. His file was handed to another doctor who never contacted him, and who my husband never met. On his last visit he met a nurse practitioner who told him to keep a positive attitude and follow a healthy kidney diet. It was clear that she had only skimmed his chart and didn't even know what his disease was. When his lab results came in with the worst results yet, no doctor called. My husband was sliding into end stage renal failure and no one at the consultancy noticed. I advise others to stay far away from them."
