"I went to the walk in clinic sometime in May. My big toe nail was bleeding underneath. It had appeared damaged for about a month prior. I checked in at the desk and paid my copay. About 10 minutes later someone walked out of the back offices and asked what I expected them to do. I never went back to an exam room. I left the clinic and called to get copay refunded but have never received it. My toe nail and toe still have issues to this day. I do not plan to ever go back to the clinic."
"5 stars are not enough to rate my experience with Sherry and the team at the Walk in Clinic! My visit was quick, and all of my needs were addressed. Sherry and Kaylee (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) were both extremely thorough in their questions, and exam! My medicine was called in quickly, and everything went smooth! Cannot recommend them enough!"
"It’s a very disrespectful place. At least the doctors are. I went in today May 18th and the wait wasn’t to bad and the lady at the desk was very nice. However when the lady came and go me i had to wait at least 15 minutes just for the actual doctor to come look at my foot. When she came in she barely glanced at it and then sent me to the X-Ray center. The people over there are super nice. When i got done with my X-Rays i had to go back to the receptionist who sent me to the back and the lady who first came and got me took me to a room where i waited 20-30 minutes to get my X-Rays back. While waiting the lady who came and brought me to the room was mocking me to her co-workers and telling them everything i said."
