"I have had a fantastic experience with everyone I have come into contact with at the office,. The surgery was not too bad, quicker than I thought it would be, and I look forward to my future visits."

"I was very hopeful for this appointment, but left disappointed and disheartened. I believe the imaging done was very good, but the dentist did not talk to me about anything at all. She came into the room and said she would work up a treatment plan and come talk to me and my husband. Instead, the doctor never returned, the financial person came and took us to an office to tell us the cost. I told her that the doctor hadn't discussed any of the options that might be available or what should be done first to see if that treatment was even an option. I went to Aspen specifically to get expert advice and treatment options since I have a lot of problems due to being very ill over several years and I did not get that. Even after stating that I didn't get to talk with the doctor, I was not offered to talk with her and the financial person was answering questions; although I am sure she is knowledgeable but I went to ask the dentist."

"I was very disappointed with my experience at Aspen Dental. I was 5 minutes late for my first appointment and they'd already canceled it. That's fine, I understand. I rescheduled, arrived 10 minutes early, and was kept waiting 6 minutes past my appointment time. Not a deal breaker, but still rude. I was taken back for X-rays. The technician was fine, friendly enough, but nothing was explained to me. The technician that examined me was very nice and explained a lot. I was not impressed with the doctor. Her appearance was not professional. I had an issue with a tooth but wasn't sure which one. She initially said, "yes, I can see.." the issue. When I asked if it was a particular tooth, she said, "Yeah, I guess so." I was taken to the financial planning manager to discuss treatment. Initially, I felt very pressured to commit to something. Once I told her I was absolutely not committing to anything today, she backed off and was very patient answering my questions. The entire experience was not good. The office was not as clean as it should be. Furthermore, nothing was ever explained in advance. I was not ever told what to expect on my first visit. Disappointing."

"Kayla was amazing! She is very personable and easy to talk to. She made my teeth cleaning enjoyable and I never say that when going to the dentist. She also prompted me in how to use my at home teeth whitening kit. All around it was a great visit and hope she is there for my next visit."

"Was a comfortable experience from the time I got there until I left. EVERYONE was VERY friendly. Dr. Windmiller was the ABSOLUTE BEST DENTIST I've ever had. I don't have enough words to let you know how great she is. She made sure I was comfortable, made sure I was numb, talked me through everything she was doing while doing my crown work."
