"The only thing they are good at is taking your money every month. If you like paying for a false sense of security and love receiving zero coverage then this is the insurance agency for you. They inspected and assessed a house that I bought, less than a year later the roof was leaking and had plumbing issues. One would think a company would stand behind their assessment. Nope, pay for it yourself. Unless your house gets hit by a meteorite, you are "not covered". Hope I can save someone else the headache."
