Total Access Urgent Care

"I was coughing when I walked in for my appointment. I was immediately taken to room. I was there for about 5 minutes. I knew I was having trouble breathing. At that time a very nice assistant asked me if I was ok, I said, “well I am having trouble breathing, he immediately came in and assisted me. He took my vitals, he then asked if he could do some swabs. After that my breathing got a little worse, he then gave me a nebulizer treatment which helped. Then the doctor came and in and told me I tested positive for influenza A. The assistant came back and said I was going to get a steroid shot. He politely asked if I minded if he gave it to me. After he gave me the shot he told me all the medicine I was going to be put on to make me better. This assistant was so much help."

"I had a wonderful experience at total access urgent care on Telegraph this past weekend, I had a sinus infection and was able to get on the waiting list and wait at home until it came close to my turn. The appointment was 1 hour total from start to finish with testing and everything! I am very pleased with my experience."

"Very disappointed in this location. I had my spot in line for my child who was in pain, she needed to be seen. Waited my time in line and get up there for the guy at the desk to say we don’t take this insurance it’s $100 up front and for the CT scan it’s extra and he claimed anything else needed would be extra. I never been here neither has my child, they asked our information but never our insurance which I didn’t think would be an issue. The guy at the desk looked completely out of it like he was high. He couldn’t give me eye contact and fumbled his words. So wasted hours of waiting for nothing, poor service on the employees part for not getting all the information needed. So before you go make sure they take your insurance because they are all independently owned apparently. At a time of a crisis I should have had no stress but I did because of this business not doing their job and I had to end up taking my child to the ER where I should have in the 1st place, my mistake. Not trusting an urgent care again, bad news."
