"They were two hours late for a 10 minute procedure. They were rude and unhelpful. When asked for an update they were very short and acted as if you were bothering them. God forbid you inquire when they will be ready when they are two hours behind."
"I had three surgeries at this facility within the last year due to an injury. The staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly and comforting which makes you feel completely relaxed. The anesthesiologist was even telling me dad jokes to calm my nerves before my first surgery! It was great haha. If your doctor performs services at this facility I highly recommend choosing it. You wont be sorry!"
"After Dr. Patel X-rayed my ankle he said the screw needed to be removed from a previous surgery. Everything the nursing staff did to take care of me was excellent. BEST EXPERIENCE with TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONALS! I am so thankful for The PreOp nurse, Jen really was efficient and went over everything with me in detail and was caring, friendly and kind. I loved the way she put the IV in - pretty painless and very fast. She really concentrated on everything she did and I felt very safe. The Anethesiologist and Diane did a great job preparing me for anesthesia and after surgery I really didn't have nausea or much pain because the nerve block was fantastic and lasted 2 days. After that I didn't have any pain either! The recovery nurse did an excellent job too! Taylor. I can't even begin to tell you anything but incredible things and as high of recommendation as I could give the entire staff I would!"
"These people are amazing. It's hard to find people you trust immediately. I recommend them. They all had great personalities, quick, efficient, and welcoming. Just all around made the unfortunate broken ankle a nice experience. They are great!"
"I had surgery for a badly broken wrist. Everything went great. The anesthesiologist did a stellar job injecting me for a nerve block. My surgery went off without a hitch and now, my wrist is as good as new. The nurses took such great care of me both before and after the surgery."
