"They cannot provide a quote. It's too hard for them. I called for a car insurance quote. I was told someone would call me back. He did call when he said he would. Then he told me he would email me and call me yo go over the quote on Monday. He said he was wotking until 6. When I never got a call I called him. No answer. I never got an email either. I called to speak to a manager and talked to Jason. I told Jason what happened and he said we always answer the phone. That's not true, they don't. He then said he would handle my quote. He emailed me like he said. I sent him all my current insurance info at about 8am by end of day still no quote. I have never encountered anything like this for an insurance quote. I've had 4 different insurance policies for the past 30 years! I find it abnormal and unacceptable. I never want to trust a company that struggles so bad for a simple quote to handle my insurance needs. Will look elsewhere!"
