"The business model is no good and they care deeply about pushing unnecessary services. My family has been going to them for three years and while the services provided are fine, the costs are disappointing and not very family oriented. The first time I noticed something was off was when my kids went for a well visit / annual physical and all three were seen at the same time by one doctor. The entire visit took around 25 minutes total, however, we were charged for three visits (approx. $1,000.00). I feel it would have been more professional to see each child separately if these were indeed separate visits, separate patients, that warranted separate charges ...or (even better) reduce the cost to the time it took the doctor to check all three kids - basically a "joint-kid / one visit" charge - the latter would be the most family friendly way to align the medical resources we used to the expense. Most recently, a doctor there misdiagnosed an illness that my daughter had as viral when it was instead bacterial. While I understand that can happen, they took no accountability for that misdiagnosis which ended up spreading to the rest of my family and ended up costing us additional expense in doctor visits and medicine as well as time away from school and work. That alone did not upset me though as I can forgive the misdiagnosis as it is not always an exact science. My issue is that once my family was diagnosed correctly, my daughter still needed medicine. In order to provide my daughter with that medicine, they required an unnecessary doctor visit rather than simply running an additional test so they could prescribe the medicine. I did try to plead with them not to go forward with an overly resource intensive plan. Save them time and us money. However. they just wanted to overcharge for care. So, really, a complete waste of medical resources and our money."
