"I have been coming here for many years and obviously satisfied. However tonight I arrived at 6:30pm and signed in with the next available. There was no one in the facility. Alyssa was dusting and using the broom while a dog sat in the middle of the floor. I waited 5 min. and then looked her way. She looked at me and continued doing a little cleaning. I waited another 2 min and she said "I will be right with you" but nothing happened. I finally got up and said to her, "you obviously do not want to serve me" and left. So much for the customer. Again no one in the facility. Very sad and poor service"

"Kayla is hands down the best barber I’ve ever had. She takes her time, she does it diligently, and she even asks clarifying questions to make sure that her client is completely satisfied. I’ve been getting my haircut here for nearly 5 years and I’ve always had a great experience. My experience here started to change after one of the workers here became VERY rude and unfriendly in the most strangest of circumstances. Overall, Kayla is the ONLY reason I still get my haircut here."

"For a $40 haircut+tip, I would of liked to not have bald spots shaved into my face. Had my hair cut by Danielle, she whipped through the entire cut in under 10 minutes including my beard. So fast she took a chunk out of my beard and didn’t mentioned anything to me about it (I can’t see while she is cutting due to taking off my glasses) So she finished the cut and let me walk out the door. I found it 30 minutes later and when I called in she said she didn’t notice anything wrong. I’ll just leave it here for you guys to judge for yourself if it was an easy overlook or no big deal for the cost of the service."
