"On 9/24/23 I scheduled for Saturday 9/30/23. On 9/30/23 I was asked to reschedule, I scheduled for 10/2/23, on 10/2/23 I was asked to reschedule. I made it clear I was leaving town on 10/5/23 the entire reason for getting my hair done. They stylist rescheduled me for 10/3/23. On 10/3/23 with a 6:15 appointment. At 3:10pm on 10/3/23 I received another text my appointment needed to be canceled because the stylist said, “I’m just not going to have enough time, I’m running behind schedule”. I had to put in my credit card and follow a 48 hour cancellation policy but I was cancelled 3 times on the day of appointment and on the 3rd cancellation was literally texted and before I could even respond received a text I was cancelled. I fully understand emergencies happen, and sometimes things have to be rescheduled but the 3rd appointment date/time was suggested by the stylist, why schedule me when you’re busy? Truly disappointed, wasted days and having to reschedule my work and an entire Saturday for the appointments made and canceled. I literally had to flip schedules with 3 of my own coworkers to accommodate these changes. You should try holding yourself to the same cancelation policy you hold your clients to."

"I went to see Jessica and she took my very damaged colored hair and helped me get back to my natural color and was super considerate with my needs and the health if my hair. She listened to my concerns about color or my preferences for how I wanted to be able to maintain my hair and gave amazing suggestions for how to achieve the looks I wanted to go for. I love have Jessica work in my hair and I can't wait to have another appointment soon!"

"I came to Cut N’ Dye Salon for Hollace. She does phenomenal work. Could not recommend her more. The salon is a decent size with some open area and some rooms. There is a small lot in the back of the alleyway, and during the pandemic you text your stylist to be let in. Everyone is masked, there is hand sanitizer readily available and they walk you out afterwards. I feel like they are doing their best to be safe and take care of customers.
