"Dr. Cramer has a very good demeanor and put you at ease. I am an older male who has recently retired. I didn’t go to the doctor as regularly as I should when working. However, Dr. Cramer is getting me back into shape. He has diagnosed several things that I was not aware of, and every time I see him I feel a little bit better. He’s actually reversing the damage that I’ve done to my body. I would highly recommend this clinic"

"Very punctual in my appointment time. Arrived at 10:45 am for my 11:00 am appointment. I was called in at 10:50 am, and actually saw the doctor at 11:00 am. This has never happened before since going to any Meritas Health Group. Doctor was thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable about concerns I had."

"Another update: if you guys care to know at all your office was contacted by my father and left a voicemail which no one ever responded or bothered to call him back. At this point it doesn’t matter because I will make sure he will never ever visit your office or any of my family members. Please don’t bother to respond back with another excuse. Update to your response: The office DID NOT notify my dad or brother in any shape of form to let them know it has been canceled let alone attempt to reschedule the appointment for them. The receptionist apologized for the failure on their part to contact my dad and brother to let them know so it is very much obvious you guys failed to let them know. This is wrong and unprofessional for you to respond with such a lie that you did contact them to let them know it has been canceled when in reality you didn’t. I am more than happy to provide phone records or email records to show as proof. My brother and dad took days off to see Doctor Randall Cramer today only to find out when they got to the office that Dr. Cramer canceled the appointments WITHOUT a courtesy call or any notice. That’s very unprofessional and unacceptable. Poor service and care for the patients making them drive in this weather not telling them the Dr. has canceled all appointments. Don’t recommend them all."

"Terrible care me and my father took days off to come see doctor Randel Cramer we drive in bad snow to find out they canceled our appointments without any notice. Absolutely unacceptable do not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and health. No one contacted or tried to contact us I have proof. If it’s due to bad weather just imagine our frustration having to drive there to find out our appointment has been canceled. Of course you will deny it but I have the proof."
