SERC Physical Therapy

"My story starts in 2022 when my wife and I met my brother and his wife in New Orleans. I had some difficulty walking some of the longer distances and my posture was not the best. Full disclosure, I was 74 at the time (and my shoes were not the best) but my brother told my other two brothers that I was shuffling! That really stung this bro’s pride! I needed the preamble to establish the tone of the recommendation. I’m here to IMPROVE. To become BETTER. To show my younger bros (we are all in the Medicare range now) that I’m still here TO WIN IT. Whatever IT is. Ok??? Whatever…. So, I talked to my doctor, and she recommended SERC and SERC has not disappointed! The therapists are very cool and put up with me (you can imagine). My mobility has improved as well as my posture. I have been inspired by the therapists (especially Stephanie and Brandon) to work out at home and have bought some gym equipment to incorporate into my daily routine. My advice if you are on the fence, just do it. It’s worth it. You WILL improve."
