"Had an evaluation of someone in my care. A lot of misinformation was given before the appointment. When we arrived the receptionist was incredibly rude. We were told we could not come in as it may sway the answers when we spoke to them on the phone. The receptionist stated that was untrue and said "so you don't even care about their mental health". Worse experience and will never recommend to anyone."
"The psychologist was very rude and condescending. And even made a comment stating that anything after 4 hours gets pretty pricey like 5 to 6000 dollars... ok so is that why your drawing this process out then to collect a check?! Seeing as how I'd been there since 1230 and it's going on 5 o'clock... DONT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Unless you can afford to pay a fortune for an evaluation."
"I had an evaluation of someone in my care done in May, 2020 and have not received the report/results yet (it's July 2021). Do NOT recommend. They might be good at what they do, but it's a moot point if it takes this long to receive the report. Very unprofessional. Would rate 0 if I could."
"This place is horrendous. I wish I could rate a zero. They will completely lie on the mental health evaluation to the point you will feel like you are reading about someone else. Please run from this place. They are not there to help others but to hurt."
