"Everyone I spoke with was very caring and helpful. I love the fact that I can be helped in different ways , from the 1 office"
"I really enjoyed talking with the admissions .The Dr.,who listened to me and tried to explain everything she could .Even listening to my complaints about BJ C. I hope we can get started soon. Thank you very much.!!"
"I was able to get an appointment wry easily and much quicker than expected. All of the staff I dealt with were very friendly, efficient, and patient. My provider instilled confidence in me for the type of care I can expect."
"Seems to me that the first thing I told the lady that checked me in . That I had a problem with my doctor Being too busy to see me that he always wanted to give me to his nurse practitioner. In the first thing they did was give me two the nurse practitioner. I didn't think that was right and then I got the ideal that that's who was gonna be my doctor that wouldn't be write. They're whated all of my doctor's names when all I was trying To Do was change my. Primary doctor. Then they're asking me why do I take this Medication why do I take that medication , Why do I take that medicine and telling me that they're gonna wanna run all? These tests and all that I think my doctors take pretty good care of me. I have no complaint about how my doctors take care of me. I think they do a pretty good job. I just think they have their hands full with all of the patience that they have. I do think a good new doctor. With the news set of eyes looking at my stuff might be a good idea but I don't think that I need to change all of my doctors. I'm actually quite satisfied with. My doctors. I like the idea that the come get you and take you home because. I don't feel comfortable driving where I don't know. And I don't think it's necessary to run tests that I've already had ran. I live on a fixed income.and Of course I already get help with my medical expenses on medication and with my um diabetes. Doctor and I don't want to lose that benefit because she has done wonders helping me out with all of this and she has done wonders to help me. With all these years because I'm not the Easiest patient in the world to get along with. Ask her She'll tell you. Took me a long time to build up the relationship that I have with my doctors."
"The group was taking pictures when I arrived. I encouraged them to continue because I was not in a hurry. After they finished the receptionist promptly got me all checked in and escorted me to the lounge area where I had coffee and chatted with a few of the patients that were visiting. They had nothing but good things to say about Oak Street, which made me feel even better about my choice. The rest of my visit was equally pleasant and reassuring, from Connie to the nurses to Leah. I was allowed to tell my medical story and all were focused on what I was saying. I left with a very good impression of your staff and feeling very good about transferring my medical needs to Oak Health."
