"I have not had an eye exam done in over 15 years, and I am so glad I chose Professional EyeCare in Kansas City to give me my much-needed exam! I had no issue getting in and scheduled for an appointment, called earlier in the week and was seen that Friday. Amber was such a delight on the phone, and it followed through to when I arrived for my appointment. She was very helpful in going over all necessary information with me. Grace took me to the back to start my exam process and thoroughly explained everything we were doing, why we were doing it and answered all of my questions. Dr. Johnson was so nice!! He explained to me the parts of the eye and what he was checking and made sure I understood my prescription. Amber was also SO helpful and patient with me when it came to choosing glasses/frames. It wasn't just her time that I appreciated, it was her attitude towards helping me, she seemed genuinely excited to be a part of my decision! Fast forward to a few days after my appointment, I was confused about something my invoice had said and Amber explained to me (again, because she had also sat down and done so with me at my appointment) what I paid for, what insurance took care of and reassured me I did not have a balance due, that it was an error on the systems side. This was such a friendly, welcoming clinic. I cannot recommend them enough."
