"This is THE place to get glasses in north Kansas City! When I walked in, the front desk was welcoming & attentive! Then Dr. Rubin saw me! He was amazing and extremely professional! Once it was time to get frames Lindsey & Eleanor were off the charts!! They weren’t rushing me around to hurry up and be done with me. They took their time and helped me get my favorite frames ever! I went to 3 other eye glass stores before I found this one! Don’t waste your time like I did going to other places, this is the source for service, price, and customer service!"

"This was my first eye exam in 17 years since the military. Everyone was so nice and the process was smooth. The lady at the front desk who did my pretest was wonderful, unfortunately I didnt catch her name because I was nervous. Carol the technician who did my exam was wonderful and Lindsey the Assistant Manager helped me check out with my glasses and was super nice. I would recommend this business to anyone for their eye care needs."

"I don’t recommend the Shoto store. I went there three times and three weeks and they never could get the right prescription. And they wanted to push me out real quick and I kept telling him I couldn’t see and they just looked at me like what do I do. So I will never go there ever again. The people are nice, but they don’t have no experience."
