"This is the best hospital in the WORLD!! I've been to others and worked at another one in kc area and this one is the best. It starts with the staff. Every employee was helpful and kind. The food is the best hospital food in the world too. You can tell each department takes pride in being the best and most helpful, from doctors, nursing, aides, dietary, and housekeeping and volunteers. We just had a baby a few days ago and it was the most special experience we could've had! Come here for your Healthcare needs. The ONLY thing I had a problem with was there's no maternity/paternity time off given automatically for employees. They have to use PTO or save up sick time. I know that's normal for hospitals but this could be the last key to being above and beyond any hospital out there. Thanks for the best care!"

"I went to the ER on 10/25/23, with extreme nausea, unable to hold my head up. The intake/triage nurse was very rude, right down mean. I would have said something or actually left if I wasn’t so damn sick. Once I got into the exam room I noticed blood on the sharp’s container. I got one bag of fluids and labs, absolutely didn’t feel any better when discharged. The only thing I ended up with was a large bill! I would think twice about using this hospital for emergency services"

"I had the best birth experience! My nurses Grace and Kaitlyn educated me on everything that was happening. They listened to me, supported me and made me feel so comfortable! Out of all three deliveries, this one was the best! Also, my OB Dr. Daniels is amazing. She delivered all of my babies and I adore her!"

"My wife just gave birth here and the experience has exceeded my expectations. Amazing staff at the delivery unit and NICU. The nurses, doctors and techs are very kind and caring. Our room accommodations have been very comfortable and actually enjoyable. The food at the cafeteria is good and the prices aren’t bad. Really nice and modern rooms."

"The physicians, anesthesiologists, nurses, lactation consultants, techs and staff from the Labor & Delivery, Mother & Baby floors and Emergency Department are wonderful and educated my wife and I on a lot as we became new parents this year.
