"Not to overstate my JOY at finding Dr. Zaidi and the Pain Management Center at NKC Hospital, but WOW. I have degenerative disc disease, stenosis, plenty of arthritis and age-related (I'm 68, relax HIPA!) issues with my lower back. After being referred to Dr. Zaidi, he took the time to fully explain epidurals to me. He was professional, warm, interested in ME and my pain, patient, empathetic like no other doctor I've known and he has a wonderful sense of humor. I had my third epidural yesterday, and I am SOOOO pleased with the outcome! During the procedure, given my particular issues with lying flat and mobility, he coached his wonderful assistants who collectively made ALL my steps easy and as painless as possible. He remains in communication with you allllllll the way through, so there are no surprises, and he accepts request to slow things down, take a break, etc. Comparatively, it is a breath of fresh air to receive treatment from him and the crew at NKC Pain Management Clinic! Over the time he has treated me, he has become an actual FRIEND. I trust him, his judgment, his recommendations, and I greatly appreciate his willingness to help me understand complex things in which I know nearly nothing. He is a 15 on a scale of 10. I wish he could give Doctoring Lessons to all my other doctors! I recommend him wholeheartedly. This review will no doubt embarrass the heck out of him, as he is a very humble man and does not seek the spotlight. But he DESERVES the spotlight! I am grateful I discovered him."

"Every person from the front desk to the staff in NKCH Pain Management Center were most courteous and helpful. I was made to feel comfortable as I awaited Dr. Griffith. He was very informative about what was causing my pain. He presented three options to my wife and me about how to deal with and treat the issue. He was very busy but still took the time to listen to my concerns (relating that I should get to the point so he could move forward in his busy schedule with other patients).
