"All of CVS Minute Clinic has changed since the new CEO. At this location Becky Williams is not a good Nurse. She visibility has her own health issues and can't handle criticism about her ability to keep up with the schedule. Minute Clinic is no longer using someone at the reception desk to keep the nurse on schedule. They check you in in one office and then do the same check in a second office with the actual nurse. The first person is skilled but not a nurse. If you have an appointment it is a guarantee it will be 1:30 after the scheduled time because of these facts. And don't criticize Becky, she will mark you as aggressive in your file. Like a Seinfeld episode is real life."

"REBECCA WILLIAMS! Worst doc ive ever met. clearly doesnt care about patients who have disabilities. Covid test scheduled for my autistic 4 year old at 1 pm. We got there at 12:45 pm. FINALLY at 1:50 we get called back. After I had to give her the covid test myself she was ready to go. I was told 12 min for results. Doc finally calls us in again. Daughter is already throwing a tantrum at this point trying to leave. I ask if they can just call with results " no you have to stay here" fine. Now my daughter is melting down and physically hurting me and herself to the point she's bleeding. FINALLY get results 15 minutes later. I say ok it's negative anything else because we need to go NOW before she hurts herself more. She tells me 10 more min to get paperwork done and get receipt. I said ok if you don't need me for anything we're leaving. My daughter is harming herself I have to get her out of here. I was told by Rebecca Williams the so called doctor that if I left I wasn't welcome back to the CVS. I will be filing a complaint and looking at legal recourse. You can't force me to force my child to stay in a room that's so small and crowded she has no space! And she's hurting herself!! You should be ashamed of yourself. Especially name calling as I'm walking out the door. Yes I heard you!"

"Don’t go here for a sleep test. They only work with one provider and it took them almost a month to give me the results even after I completed the test. You can only call the NP thru a call center which is incredibly inconvenient and annoying. Will not be back!"

"Came earlier in the day around 12pm and scheduled Covid test for 6 pm got there @05:45 pm by 6:35pm person name Becky came out so I asked about the waiting time almost an hour she was very rude she said “ you can go if u not happy , I’m the only one here what u want me to do I remained clam and walked in she start asking all the questions and I asked again about the cost she said 30$ copay and the rest will be billed to your insurance some 140$ plus copay she said this is a whole check up visit not just Covid test and she said again you can go however I did not like the treatment and I decided to go I’m federal contractor and I do not recommend this facility To anyone they very unreliable and horrible to communicate with will be reaching out to the appropriate department about this , I have job to be at and this will definitely delay a whole lot of time for both side very disappointing …. She said we stopped the Covid test alone year ago … makes no sense ."
