"Stayed last year. Things have slipped. Suites ok but issues just ignored in rooms. Missing lamp shades floor lamp in 3 pieces. Sofa bed mattress nothing but produing springs. Staffing very thin. No one to run up missing supplies. Could not find batteries or replacement for remote. Housekeeping/laundry goes dark for entire days.. no replenish towels supplies.. just run out. Same on breakfast food, fruit, coffee etc. We are out. Also noisy halls at night. Obviously no security. Will finish by saying staff at free happy hour bar work hard and are efficient. Cooked to order breakfast chef also outstanding. Those three really saved the stay"

Patagonian Duck:

"Cold weather caused burst pipe/sprinkler which flooded much of first floor. This then caused the fire alarm to go off at 1am in every room. Despite this I still had a great stay! Ryan the front desk receptionist was very nice, and other employees like the Omelette Chef, Kitchen staff, and Bartender were also all very friendly. I will gladly stay here again!"

"I do not leave many reviews, but I felt I should with this hotel. The staff were very friendly, but the place was not very clean. We had to ask for our room floors (the tile) to be mopped. They were sticky when you walked on them. The rooms needed to be painted, or the walls scrubbed well as there were fingerprints and other dirt on the walls. The breakfast area would have dirty dishes on them for hours after breakfast had ended. The staff was very kind and friendly, but no one seemed to be in too much of a hurry to do anything. Overall, it was not a horrible experience by far, but I would choose a different hotel in the future."

"We just got back from spending 4 nights at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The 2 free drinks in the evening and the cooked to order omelets and pancakes are a very nice touch. The hotel is clean and inviting. And the every one of staff are top notch! They were so helpful and extraordinarily friendly! They always made the hotel feel like a second home. Highly recommend staying here!"

"This place is dirty! Rooms are not cleaned well at all, and have a musty smell. Beds are old and broken. The shower in our room was gross, and had mildew on it. Breakfast was mediocre at best, and nothing was clean. Pool had stuff floating in it, the filter system probably wasn't working. Overall, it seems like nobody even cared about the place. The only good thing is that the staff I had encountered were friendly."
