"I went to this location yesterday to grab a few items and the cashier who helped me was very rude. There was an older lady and her son in front of me buying items so I wanted to wait to put my items on the conveyor belt until they moved from the register and the cashier rudely said with an attitude that I could put my stuff up there. I was just trying to wait until they got done. She seemed irritated then once I got up there she didn’t say hello or anything. Better customer service should be had. I was having a good day and her attitude completely threw me off."

"The store was very clean and well stocked. This is the first Dollar Tree I've seen in St. Louise with self checkout registers. It was very convenient. I will definitely shop here again."

"There are employees walking all over the place. I asked for help and she told me I had to ask someone else. I did and she told me to go back to the one I started with. Then there are 10 people in the self check out line. One register was open with an actual employee and she said it was closed, that self check out was the only option. There are only 2 self check outs and one was card only and one was cash only. So now they have a huge line of people trying to pay cash with one self register. Meanwhile, the actual register with an employee is just sitting there making people walk to the self check out line. Extremely ineffective way to run a business. I did more work there as a customer as 5 of the employees standing around talking. If I could give this experience a zero, I would."

"Took a while to get checked out but the employee was nice. They need someone to go outside and clean up the trash. There were bags and plastic cups, wrappers, bottles and all kinds of other things blowing around the parking lot. Kinda takes away from the appeal of the store."

"One of the cleanest stores to date and trust me, I've been to many states. Employees were all friendly and polite as they walked by you, while shocking shelves or checking your items out. So nice to see employees happy at work. Lately, customer service has gone down at a lot of businesses and people don't seem to be happy that they're working. What an awesome experience with this location!"
