"Recently had a very unexpected break down, steering wheel locked at 40mph!. No one hurt, no wreck. Paid tow bill outta pocket, emailed this office tow bill Monday. Did not hear anything back, b4 I could call office and see if they got email, a reimbursement check for tow was in my mailbox Friday!
