"Worst hospital EVER!!!!! SUSAN AT THE NURSES STATION ATTITUDE IS HORRIBLE and IGNORANT!!!!!!! I have been in the medical field for 27 years and NEVER have I EVER experienced ANYTHING like I have at this hospital. Doctors don't care and staff DGAF. My sister is a patient at this PLACE and we have received so much misinformation from Doctors and Nurse Susan about her condition. 2 days ago they called my mom stating for her to make the decision to pull the plug on my sister sending my mom into stress. Yesterday, they want to do test instead. But not because she's getting better! Now today, they want to do test and take her off the medicine tomorrow. WTH?? And no one can tell us WHY or whats wrong and get upset when we ask Questions. Is this HOUSE? Are they learning and experimenting??? When she came in the hospital she was talking and fine. Her leg was hurt but after being there after a couple of hours she's on life support???Why? What HAPPENED???"

"Alondra should not be nurse lead she is not a supervisor as she impersonated to be. She would do nothing but give me rebuttals and make up excuses why my pain was not important enough to be seen. I am in excruciating pain and in need of immediate assistance and they laugh in the bubble. Omar is an ignorant nurse or assistant. He is constantly on his phone looking at pictures."

"Terrible hospital doctors mean well but it’s like a jail hospital to go to emergency room. If some one that’s permanently & physically disabled and there primary doctor abandons me so I go to ER for help till I can see my new doctor which about 30 days away. But my time there didn’t get an IV or and blood drawn or urine sample all I got was a 5mg/325 Hydrocodone!! And 2 prescriptions called in but no pain medication which I was on for 9 years by former dr. Plus I used to see well respected orthopedic surgeon there so it’s not like my back has gotten better since 2014 and only has gotten worse HINT THE WORD PERMANENTLY DISABLED!!! Like to see you all go through what I am. Because you all COULDNT DO IT. PROBABLY BE BETTER OFF GOING TO CENTER POINT OR RESEARCH MEDICAL CENTER. GOOD LUCK PATIENTS."

"Security guard at door was sarcastic and rude with my concerns, started talking BS to his co-workers and supposed "Supervisor" about me after I walked away. There's your professionalism in your career choice. Jen at the check in desk was uncaring and rude also with my concerns and gave a "scripted" response that went in circles. I have never interacted with worse hospital staff in my whole life. Last Hospital I visited before this was North KC Hospital and I had a flawless interaction with that staff. I would rather die before ever going back to Truman ER."
