Aventura at Wentzville

"My family and have lived here since the apartments were built and it has been the best choice yet. The property is always kept clean and it is a calm but lively neighborhood. The apartment dwellings are modern, spacious, and without issues (leaks, bad appliances, etc). There is a strong sense of community at Aventura where everyone is amiable and looks out for one another. Management and maintenance are very respectful and responsive. Although we are renters we genuinely feel at home here."

"The property managers are extremely helpful and fair. They are very down to earth and just normal people who will actually go out of their way to help you out which is very refreshing in today's world in my opinion. If you want a place where they'll hear you out on anything and aren't out to get you this place is for you. Also it's the best location in Missouri if you ask me. Not to close to the high way either like so many places are. Hardly ever hear it. And the complex is well kept inside and out. Beautiful place to live!"
